Before you begin

You need a QuoteFollow account and access to your company workspace. Have one recent, open estimate ready. QuoteFollow currently sends email follow-ups. Direct CRM integrations, image-based import, SMS, and AI-assisted features are in development and are not included in the current pilot.

Set up your first workflow

  1. Sign in and check your company timezone and sending hours in Settings. These control when eligible follow-ups can send.
  2. In Sequences, create an email sequence. Add a subject to step 1 and a message to each step, choose a wait interval, preview, then publish it.
  3. Add an open estimate in Quotes, or import a CSV. Use a real customer email only when you have permission to send follow-ups.
  4. Review the quote and enroll it in an active sequence when you are ready. A quote is not a scheduled campaign merely because it was imported.
  5. Check Inbox for customer replies and Quotes for status. Mark a job won or lost when you know the outcome.

What to expect

When the wait is over, a permitted email is sent within the configured sending rules. A reply, opt-out, closed quote, or delivery problem can stop or pause further automatic messages. The inbox gives your team a place to take over.

If something looks wrong

If no message is scheduled, check that the quote is open, the sequence is active, the contact has a usable email and confirmed consent, and sending is configured. See delivery troubleshooting or contact support.
