The pilot offer
Accepted contractors receive a free, invitation-only 30-day pilot beginning on the start date in their invitation. It includes assisted setup, one workspace, manual or CSV estimate entry, scheduled email follow-up, a place to handle customer replies, and quote outcome tracking. No credit card is required and there is no automatic charge when the pilot ends.
Applying does not guarantee a place. We will confirm participation, the start date, and any workspace-specific limits directly with each accepted business.
Direct CRM integrations, image-based estimate import, SMS follow-up, and AI-assisted features are in development. They are not included in the current pilot, and we have not set release dates for them.
Your customers and messages
You choose the contacts, estimates, message content, and timing entered into your workspace. You are responsible for having permission to contact customers, using accurate sender and business details, and following applicable email and privacy rules. QuoteFollow pauses scheduled follow-up when a customer replies or opts out; your team remains responsible for answering the customer and marking job outcomes.
Availability and feedback
This is an early pilot. Features may change, and interruptions may occur. We will communicate material changes to participating businesses. We will ask participants for feedback about how QuoteFollow works, how they use it, and which changes would help. You can choose what to share. We will not publish your name, logo, or customer details as an endorsement without separate permission.
After the pilot
We plan to offer a paid plan after the pilot. We will explain the available plan and price before asking whether you want to continue. Your pilot does not start a subscription, and you will not be charged or enrolled automatically. You can ask to stop participating by emailing hello@quotefollow.net.
