Before you begin

Have open estimates with a customer name, at least one contact method, a project, and an amount. Use this fictional sample CSV to see the column shape; its addresses are examples and must not be used as real recipients.

Add one quote

  1. Open Quotes and choose Add quote.
  2. Enter the customer and project details, quote amount, and any quote number or dates you have.
  3. Save and review the quote before enrolling it in follow-up.

Import a CSV

  1. Open Quotes, choose Import CSV, and select your file. A single import supports 1–500 quote rows.
  2. Map the columns in the review flow. Required values are the customer's first name, an email or phone number, project title, and amount. Quote number, dates, address, and consent can be mapped when available.
  3. Review row errors and skipped duplicates before confirming the import. An existing quote number is treated as a duplicate.
  4. Decide whether to enroll eligible contacts in an active sequence. Email follow-up requires a valid email and confirmed consent; importing a contact alone does not authorize sending.
  5. Check the import result for imported and skipped row counts.

For an imported consent column, the recognized confirmed values are yes, true, confirmed, or 1. Other values remain unknown. Use confirmed only when you actually have permission. If both sent and expiration dates are present, expiration must not precede the sent date.

If a row is skipped

Check missing names or amounts, invalid email or dates, and duplicate quote numbers. Correct the source row and import it again. See import troubleshooting if the problem continues.
